- 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped potatoes
- handful of spinach - chopped
- half cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground coriander seeds
- salt to test
- 2 chopped jalapenos (optional)
- 1 small eggplant chopped
Heat oil in a wok.
Drop spoonful of mixture in the wok and deep fry till golden brown.
